Sport Performance Massage
An orthopedic structural assessment will be given in the beginning of the session to assess range of motion and what actions can be enhanced for the client. The treatment focuses on a predetermined area based on the assessment. The clients will also receive treatment on the compensating areas of the body. After the treatment the patient is tested to see how well the treatment has worked, and a treatment plan will be given. The patient will also be given the appropriate stretches and home care then needed for a more accelerated inclusive treatment.

Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue involves working and acting on the body with more pressure than a basic relaxation massage. Deeper tissues are targeted, and focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles. It is used for chronic aches and pain and contracted areas such as a stiff neck and upper back, low back pain, leg muscle tightness, and sore shoulders.
Some of the strokes are the same as those used in classic relaxation massage therapy but the movement is slower and the pressure is deeper and concentrated on areas of tension and pain in order to reach the sub-layer of muscles and the fascia (the connective tissue surrounding muscles).

Therapeutic Massage
A therapeutic massage is a massage that addresses pain and restriction In this type of massage, all areas are assessed for any pain and restrictions, identifying the exact location and intensity of the discomfort. The results and benefits of therapeutic massage are releasing constricted areas in the muscles thus alleviating pain and increasing range of motion. You can experience a significant decrease in pain after just one treatment. Receiving massage with various therapeutic techniques on a regular basis can help naturally manage pain and stress from chronic injuries.
Relaxation/Swedish Massage
The most common type of massage is Swedish massage therapy. It involves soft, long, kneading strokes, as well as light, rhythmic, tapping strokes, on topmost layers of muscles. This is also combined with movement of the joints. By relieving muscle tension, the main focus of Swedish therapy is relaxation and to shut down the CNS.
Lymphatic Drainage
Lymphatic massage, also called lymphatic drainage or manual lymph drainage, is a technique developed in Germany for treatment of lymphedema, an accumulation of fluid that can occur after lymph nodes are removed during surgery, most often a mastectomy for breast cancer. It can also be used as a preventative treatment in assuring proper lymphatic system circulation and drainage.

Prenatal Massage
Pregnancy massage is created differently each time designed for the comfort and pain relief of each patient. As the body grows and changes each visit created different problem areas. The hips are supported and give the patient a much needed break from the constant strain on the lower lumbar. Giving the practitioner the ability to get good pressure that is needed on the hips. If the pillow is not comfortable side-lying can be done as well.

Hot Stone Massage
Hot Stone massage therapy uses smooth, water-heated lava rocks at key points on the body. Hot stone inecreases circulation and metabolism
The direct heat of the stones relaxes muscles, allowing the therapist access to their deeper muscle layers. Combining hot stone protocols with massage provides a very healing and effective experience. The hot stones also expand blood vessels, have a sedative effect that can relieve chronic pain, reduce stress and promote deep relaxation.
